The City of Oneonta
undertook a total rewrite of the 1976 Master Plan.
The rewrite of the city's comprehensive plan was done
in-house by the City Clerk and the City of Oneonta
Planning Commission. The following is the adopted
1995 City of Oneonta Comprehensive Plan. The only
items missing are the Figures as listed in the "List of
Figures."
